These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website available at https://enquirelink.com/ and its subdomains and landing pages (collectively, the “Website”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website.

1) Who we are

The Website is owned and operated by ENQUIRELINK INC. (“ENQUIRELINK”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

5) Products and separate terms

ENQUIRELINK develops and offers software products and related services, including:

• TrustRouting (https://trustrouting.com) — delivery evidence and testing/analytics tools; and
• TrustRouter.ai (https://trustrouter.ai) — routing and observability (MVP / platform in development).

Your use of those products (and their consoles, apps, APIs, downloads, and documentation) is governed by separate terms, privacy policies, and cookie policies that apply to those product websites and platforms. Please review the applicable documents before using them.

For convenience, we publish copies/links in our Legal Center.

6) Intellectual property

Except for content you submit to us (if any), ENQUIRELINK (or its licensors) owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, visual elements, code, and other materials (the “Materials”).

You may view and print pages from the Website for your internal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

7) Third-party links

The Website may include links to third-party websites or services (including product websites and social networks). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk, and review their terms and privacy policies.

The Website and Materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions, and representations (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10) Privacy, cookies, and Legal Center

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information and cookies/trackers on the Website. They are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We may also maintain a Legal Center page on enquirelink.com that links to (or hosts copies of) legal documents for our products (TrustRouting and TrustRouter.ai). If there is any conflict between Website Terms and product/platform terms, the product/platform terms control for the relevant product/platform.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENQUIRELINK and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you submit to their jurisdiction.
